Simple one-page intranet design

We want a designer to design one page for an intranet site.

The web page will be used by customer care agents in call centres when taking calls from customers. A customer would call the call centre, which will cause the web page to pop up for the customer care agent. Please see attached document for more details and mock-up.

Perhaps a nice colour scheme to highlight the priority offer to sell? Then a less evident colour for the next best offer etc. We would like a good flow to the page for the customer care agent (as per description attached). Good use of white space. Logical flow to the page.

Minimise white-space. Good flow required. Simplistic for the customer care agent to manage the flow.  

We would like slick looking front-end with maybe shadows / artistic effect. See attached sample logo for the kind of sleekness we are looking for.

The page we would like designed will contain a list of suitable product offerings (as determined by our back-end analytics platform), for the CSR to try to sell to the customer. 3 suitable offers will be displayed (i.e. 3 Next Best Activities) along with some other informational items for the CSR to try to gather off the customer. (Sample layout attached further on) Some options (radio buttons or otherwise) needed to choose what the outcome of the sale will be. Flow should be a simplistic as possible for the CSR. Hygenics section is less important as the Next Best Activities the CSR will be trying to sell.

It should be possible to render the design of the winning designer in standard web development tools such as HTML5.
