We have put together a design that we believe to be 70% of the way there on the website samandtomtester.com. We are looking for a design that will take us to 100% where we look professional and fun at the same time. The content found on the sites is likely to be the content for the final site.
Homepage (samandtomtestserver.com): The goal is to quickly give the viewer enough detail to register for our service without having to click into any other pages. The content contains a summary of our service; our pricing structure; registration button for free lesson; showcase of our tutors.
Our Tutors Page (http://samandtomtestserver.com/?page_id=265): The goal is to let the user quickly view our list of tutors (these need to be shown as post extracts). The content contains a picture of each teacher and a summery of their profile.
Tutor Profile Post (eg. Lina http://samandtomtestserver.com/?p=360 The goal is to let the viewer see whether the tutor has the right skillset for the student and is available at the right time and date. The content includes a photo of the tutor, a summary of the tutor's experience, and the tutor's calendar of availability (by day, by hour)
My Account page for the Student (login as: bob with the password: 12345 http://samandtomtestserver.com/?page_id=206 The objective of the page is for the student to view any upcoming or completed lessons, view their Balance of prepaid lessons; and provide feedback about the tutor or the service. The content on this page is dynamic - particularly the upcoming and completed lessons, so they appear in table format.
The Cart Page (while logged in as bob, choose a Buy Now from the right toolbar and you are taken to the Cart page): The objective of this page is for the user to view and amend their selected product for purchase (inclusive of GST for Australians) and select a payment method (credit card or paypal) and, ultimately, place an order. The content on this page includes all of the order information - product type, cost, taxes, payment method, terms & conditions acceptance.
