Emmanuel Ayache teaches self-defense and more specifically Krav Maga since 2001. He learn this system straight from the source in Israel where he was a Krav Maga instructor for some of the most prestigious units. Since he left the army, he diffuses Krav Maga all around the world by educating instructors. He is considered as one of the leading top instructor in the world for his technical and methodology skills.

I am a self-defense specialist. More specifically : Krav Maga. The goal of my book is to make people defend themselves by learning the 4 pillars of Krav Maga : - techniques - tactics - mental conditioning - body conditionning Goal of the book : 1. Learn to defend yourself 2. Increase self confidence

Picture of someone with a knife (preparing for a street attack). I don't know if this not too scary.
