About us

Activité générale : le traiteur alternatif se base sur le budget du client (TVAC) pour concocter une offre adaptée à ses envies et ses désirs de manière la plus optimale possible. Il fera de préférence usage des produits de saison en harmonie avec le budget. Si désiré, il peut également faire appel à des produits BIO. Le traiteur s’engage à une flexibilité totale aux niveaux de l’art culinaire et de l’organisation. Activités spécifiques : − chef à domicile − consulting dans restaurants et hôtels − traiteur pour évènements privés Objectif général : démocratiser l’offre traiteur et la rendre accessible à un maximum en maintenant la qualité du produit Objectifs spécifiques : − rendre une cuisine de qualité accessible à un plus grand nombre (tous budgets confondus) − répondre le mieux possible aux souhaits et aux exigences du client − proposer une alternative à ce qui existe en termes d’offre traiteur − être en accord avec notre philosophie et nos valeurs

Yamba Caparica - Logo Design and Brand Image

"Yamba" means beginning in Malawi. Yamba Caparica is a holistic boutique beach restaurant & bar/club located in Caparica, 20minutes away from Lisbon, Portugal. The place will have an African influenced decoration and vibe, without falling into obvious clichés. Yamba follows the aesthetics and philosophy of Wabi-Sabi, which embraces beauty as imperfect, impermanent and incomplete. I truly enjoyed a lot the whole creating process and I hope that the result speaks for itself :)
