Cabinet d'expertise comptable fondé en 2013 par Geoffrey Laurendeau et Stéphane Dugon. Nous avons une très forte expérience en création de société et accompagnement des entrepreneurs. Nous avons à cœur de garder une relation étroite et privilégiée avec nos clients afin de répondre à un besoin qui va bien au delà de la comptabilité générale : - Assistance dans les décisions stratégiques (recrutement, investissement, rachat de société) - Accompagnement dans la gestion des ressources humaines (recrutement, établissement du contrat de travail, établissement des bulletins de paies, entretien périodique, licenciement) - Assistance à la gestion et au pilotage de l'entreprise (mise en place de tableau de suivi, d'indicateurs de performance) - Assistance juridique dans la rédaction de vos actes courants (procès verbal d'assemblée générale, création de société, transfert de siège social, changement de dirigeant). Nous intervenons auprès d'une centaine de clients de différentes tailles tous secteurs confondus. Nous nous attachons à mettre en place des outils toujours plus performant pour améliorer le service rendu et vous proposer toujours plus de missions répondant à vos besoins. Je souhaite également avoir à la fois le nom de la société (classique ou "stylisée") ainsi qu'un logo qui permettent de représenter la société sans pour autant écrire le nom de celle ci. I also would like the name of the company (classic or in a stylish way) and a real logo allowing to represent the company without having to write the name of it.

Ma société existe depuis 2013 et est plutôt classique dans son design actuel. Je souhaiterais rajeunir l'image, lui donner un côté plus cool et moderne que ne propose pas forcément les autres experts comptables. Notre équipe à la trentaine, plutôt orienté entrepreneur, assez éloigné des costumes cravates. Je vous joins ci dessous mon logo actuel.
