About us
Ich bin zugelassene Rechtsanwältin und spezialisiert auf Transportrecht. Angesprochen werden also große Transportunternehmen und Logistikdienstleister, maßgeblich aus dem Mittelstand. Darüber hinaus bin ich Datenschutzbeauftragte für Verbände und ebenfalls Logistikunternehmen. Ich arbeite ausschließlich im Bereich B2B. Ich konzentriere mich allerdings überhaupt nicht auf gerichtliche Vertretung, sondern eher um die Beratung vorher, die es ermöglicht, Gerichtsprozesse zu vermeiden. Diese Beratung hat weniger einen formal juristischen Inhalt und Ansatz, sondern ist eher von unternehmerischem und andere praktische Denken geprägt. Häufig wähle ich auch einen sehr unkonventionellen und eher jungen Ansatz. Das sollte sich im Logo widerspiegeln. Gerne jünger und bunter als der klassische Anwalt
