Online Tee-Handel Privat Endkunden und Gastronomie Erlebnisgastronomie Eines unserer Produkte: Unser All-In-One-System besteht aus 3 Teilen. Einem hitzebeständigen Glas und einem Teesieb mit Deckel. Zuerst befüllt man das Glas mit Eiswüfel, anschliessend geben wir 100ml Apfelsaft hinzu. Apfelsaft deswegen, weil wir keinen Rohrzucker verwenden wollen. Wir verwenden nur die Fructose aus dem Apfelsaft. Als nächstes befüllt man das Teesieb mit einem unserer LofTea Teesorten ca. 20g. Und jetzt zum Highlight: Jetzt wird das Teesieb auf das Eis gelegt und mit kochendem Wasser übergossen. Es beginnt der Kampf zwischen heiß und kalt. Den Deckel legen wir noch auf das Sieb damit die ätherischen Öle nicht verloren gehen. Jetzt heißt es 3 Minuten warten… Deckel runter, welcher jetzt als Unterteller für das Sieb dient. Sieb raus und mit einem Strohhalm rumrühren. Frischer Eistee in nur 3 Minuten.
