Auf einem Merkblatt möchten wir Illustrationen für der richtige Körperhaltung des Verkäufers gegenüber dem Kunden darstellen: rot durchgestrichen: - grimmiges Gesicht, arme vor dem Körper verschränkt - grimmiges Gesicht, Hände in den Hosentaschen, hängende Schultern - an der Wand lehnend, Blick auf das Handy - grimmiges Gesicht, sitzend - im Gespräch mit einem anderen Verkäufer, Rücken zum Kunden mit grünem Hacken: - lächelndes Gesicht, aufrecht stehend, Hände offen
