You can watch the website : www.odivine.fr Story : Version anglaise Legend says that kefir would make people live up to 110 years and that its exact origin is unknown. Some people say it comes from Tibet, Japan or Caucasus ... Others call it "Japanese crystal", Caucasian champagne, "tibi" or "Tibicos" ... Kefir would have been discovered by chance in the sugar-saturated water of a Mexican cactus (Barbary fig) by Adolfo Lutz, a Brazilian doctor, at the end of the 19th century. But it was the Russian microbiologist and Nobel Prize in Medicine Doctor ElieMetchnikoff who revealed all the benefits of kefir (rebalancing the intestinal flora and boosting the immune system). This old legend allows us to understand part of kefir origin and allows you today to enjoy the ôDivine drink made from the ancestral recipe of fruit kefir.
