Unsere Zielgruppe sind sowohl Führungskräfte in den Kundenunternehmen, als auch unsere Kandidaten aus der Elektrotechnik. Die Arbeitsweise ähnelt der eines klassischen Headhunters, wobei der beratende Aspekt stark im Vordergrund steht. Unsere USP's umfassen unter anderem eine einzigartige Flexibilität bei der Resourceneinsetzung und Anpassung an die Kundenbedürfnisse. Dabei stellen wir ein kleines aber sehr erfahrenes und heterogenes Team, das den Kunden projektbasiert oder langfristig, aber immer individuell betreut. Der Name 'eSAR' ist ein Kunstwort bestehend aus: - Das 'e' steht in erster Linie für 'Elektrotechnik' oder 'electronics', kann auch für 'engineering' als Oberbegriff stehen - 'eSAR' ist phonetisch an den Fluss Isar angelehnt, der durch München fliesst, wo sich gleichzeitig der Sitz der Firma befindet. Der Fluss muss graphisch aber nicht abgebildet, bzw. umgesetzt werden. - 'SAR' kann für 'search and recruit' oder 'search and retain' stehen, Begriffe aus der Personalvermittlungsbranche. English/Englisch: We are a highly specialized recruitment consultancy in the field of electronics (medical technology, automation, industrial electronics, automotive). We place highly qualified individuals on specialist and management level with a background in engineering. All placements are into direct employment with our clients and on a permanent basis. Our target audience are hiring managers within our client businesses, as well as candidates with electronics background. Our method of working is similar to that of headhunters, but with a strong focus on the consulting aspect. Our USP's include a strong and unique flexibility with regard to the use of our internal resources and always adapting to the requirements of our clients. We form a small but very experienced team, with heterogeneous backgrounds and either a project based or longterm, but always with an individual approach. The name "eSAR" is a coinage, with the following components: - The "e" primarily stand for "electrical engineering" or "electronics", but can also be interpreted as simply "engineering" as a whole. - "eSAR" phonetically resembles the river Isar, which runs through the city of Munich, the company's head office. - "SAR" could stand for "search and recruit" or "search and retain", terms frequently used in the recruitment business.
