About us
Wir sind eine neue Immobilienverwaltung inkl. Immobilienentwicklung - vom Mehrfamilienhaus bis zum Bürogebäude. Das soll heißen, dass wir nicht einfach nur verwalten, sondern für Werterhalt bzw. Wertsteigerung (z.B. durch Aufwertung, Sanierung, neue Nutzungskonzepte, etc.) sorgen. Wir legen größten Wert auf Transparenz und höchste Kompetenz. In diesen Punkten heben wir uns von der Konkurrenz ab.

Das '360' in unserem Firmennamen 'BS Real 360' soll den 360°-Rundumblick auf die Immobilien unserer Kunden hervorheben. Irgendwie hätte ich das gerne eingearbeitet, mit einer Grad-Skala wie bei einem Kompass (ohne Himmelsrichtungen und ohne Zahlen) ähnlich wie die Saturnringe, um einen Gebäudeumriss & Firmennamen herum.
