About us

Ich begleite Menschen auf Ihrem Weg zu mehr Gleichgewicht, Gesundheit und Lebensfreude. Schwerpunkt meiner Arbeit sind der Bewegungsapparat (Spannung/Entspannung/Flexibilität), Entgiften/Entschlacken/Darmreinigung (Altes, nicht mehr benötigtes loslassen) und die Verbindung/Kommunikation zwischen meinen Klienten und deren Körper (Embodiment/Selbst- und Urvertrauen/Glaubenssätze). Dazu nutze ich bewährte Mittel aus der Volks- und Erfahrungsheilkunde. Ziel meiner Arbeit ist es, gemeinsam mit meinen Klienten auf Ursachenforschung zu gehen und herauszufinden, wo bzw wie Ihr Körper und/oder Ihr Leben aus dem Gleichgewicht geraten ist. Basierend darauf unterstütze, motiviere und leite ich sie an Körper, Geist und Seele wieder ins Gleichgewicht zu bringen. Ich mache Einzelsitzungen für diverse Methoden (www.kriech-gsund.ch) und gebe Kurse im Spiralmuskeltraining nach Dr. R. Smisek und für TRE Trauma-, Stress- und Spannungslösende Körperübungen nach David Berceli Motto meiner Praxis ist: Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe mit Herz, Verstand und Erfahrung
