A 520 Imóveis é uma empresa (imobiliária) voltada a intermediação de negócios imobiliários. Voltada aos públicos C e B, com ticket médio de venda de imóveis R$ 150.000,00. O nome 520 teve seu conceito idealizado por 3 amigos, sócios, que trabalharam juntos em uma empresa Multinacional do segmento de apostas em corridas de cavalo. O número 520 faz referência ao id de um cliente especial apostador que representou alguns êxitos aos 3. Representa as premissas de: criatividade, empreendedorismo e sucesso. A logo deve transmitir: Força de mercado, credibilidade e inovação.
