Ich stelle Rohmilchkäse aus eigener Rohmilch her. Dieser wird in Zukunft über den Einzelhandel hier vor Ort verkauft. (Keine Discounter wie Aldi, Netto oder Lidl) Dieses regionale Produkt wird von allen Käuferschichten gekauft werden, die sich mit dem Sauerland, seinen Bauern und deren Arbeit verbunden fühlen.

Mein Hof liegt am Fuße des sagenumwogenen Wilzenberges, mit dem berühmten Gipfelkreuz. Direkt an meinem Hof fließt der Fluss Sorpe in die Lenne.
