About us
FALA GMBH is the German subsidiary of Lesaffre Group - a global key player in yeasts and fermentation, Lesaffre designs, manufactures and markets innovative solutions for: Baking, Food taste & pleasure, Human, animal & plant care,Industrial biotechnologies. German subsidairy Fala GmbH or Lesaffre Deutschland celebrates its 50th aniversary in 2018 and wants to complement its print and online media wirh an anniversary logo. A historical symbol of Fala is an elephant who stand for the force and power, which represents our range of baking yeast. Since 2016 Fala GmbH has integrated a swallow (an official logo of the Gruop Lesaffre) to it's logo. With our new anniversary logo we would like to thank the clients for their trust in us and underline that we are a part of the lesaffre group. The target group are bakers in Germany. Logo should not be too modern but at the same time not an old-school boring design. Best would be golden colors to be integrated on the dark background. The message shouold be clear.
