Information about the conference: Our conference will take place on September 22nd and 23rd, 2020, for the 17th time. Every year we are hosted by one of our customers, which organizes the conference together with us. This year we are guests of the University of Leipzig. We expect around 250 participants from various organizations, especially from universities in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The theme of the conference is "Between Process Standards and Innovative Evaluation Formats: Designing quality assurance with EvaSys" (German title: „Zwischen Prozessstandards und innovativen Evaluationsformaten: Qualitätssicherung gestalten mit EvaSys“). The goal of the conference is to strengthen the exchange between our customers themselves and between the customers and us as producer. Organization: We, the Electric Paper Evaluationssysteme GmbH, were founded in Lüneburg, Germany, and are provider for software solutions in the B2B-business. We are the market leader in our segment. For over 20 years, we have been an attractive employer in the hanseatic town Lüneburg and the metropolitan area Hamburg. With our software product EvaSys, we provide the solution for automated survey processes in all industries. Product: EvaSys is a well-established software solution for the automated conduction of surveys. The professional survey software enables a quick and efficient procedure of the entire survey process. As web-based software, our survey software EvaSys is immediately available throughout the organization. Our customers design individual questionnaires in just a few steps with the help of our questionnaire editor. The survey itself can be carried out as a classic paper survey, online survey or combined as a hybrid survey. Immediately after the survey, our customers receive a detailed PDF report of the results. Target group: Our software solution EvaSys is directed exclusively to the B2B sector. Our customers are organizations which conduct surveys on a larger scale. The main target group are universities that carry out surveys with EvaSys (e.g. student surveys).
