About us
Unser Verein, Gesellschaft für Information und demokratische Beteiligung (GIdB), hat sich zum Ziel gesetzt mit einem Internettool im Vorfeld von Kommunalwahlen über kandidierende Parteien und Kandidaten zu informieren und das Interesse der der Wählerinnen und Wähler an diesen Wahlen zu stärken. Das Internettool "lokal-o-mat" bietet Wählerinnen und Wählern die Möglichkeit auf spielerische Weise ihre eigenen Positionen mit denen der Parteien, Wählergemeinschaften und Bürgermeisterkandidaten zu vergleichen. Zwei Pilotprojekte in Ahlen und Düsseldorf waren bereits dieses Jahr am Start.
