In Werder entsteht direkt am Wasser ein neues, modernes Wohnprojekt mit Sporthafen, Promenade, Wohnungen, Geschäften: Die Riva Werder. Drei Wohnhäuser sind "Betreutes Wohnen" für Senioren: Riva Residenz. Dort stehen für Senioren barrierefreie, lichtdurchflutete, komfortable Appartements mit 2 oder 3 Zimmern zur Verfügung. Betreuung und Dienstleistungen können dazu gebucht werden. Zielgruppe sind rüstige Senioren, die sich wohnlich verändern möchten und vorausschauend auf Zusatzangebote wie Dienstleistungen und Betreuung Wert legen.
