Naming / Claim: «Winkelwies – Erstklassige Mietwohnungen in Spreitenbach». Der Name «Winkelwies» kommt vom winkelförmigen Bau eines der Miethäuser in Spreitenbach (ZH). Angebot: Mietwohnungen 2.5 Zi - 5.5 Zi. im tiefen - mittleren Mietpreissegment. Gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis. Moderner Ausbaustandard. Komfortabel. Eher kleine bis mittlere Aussenräume. Mikrolage der Überbauung: In einer begrünten Aussenanlage zur allgemeinen Nutzung. Der Name «Winkelwies» ergibt sich aus der L-förmigen Architektur des einen Gebäudes. Makrolage: Spreitenbach ist eine Vorortgemeinde von Zürich mit einem Ausländeranteil von rund 50%. 70% der Gemeinde sind Siedlungsgebiet, ein weiterer Anteil ist Industrie. Die Gemeinde ist gut ans öffentliche- und ans Individualverkehrsnetz angebunden. Zielgruppe: Kleinfamilien / Paare / Singles, tiefe bis mittlere Bildung, eher tieferes bis mittleres Einkommen. Legen Wert auf: Faire Mietzinse, Arbeitsort schnell erreichbar, im Grünen Wohnen und doch Zentrumsnah leben, Gute Anbindung an ÖV und Individualverkehr, gute Nahversorgung, Helle Wohnräume, kinderfreundliche Umgebung, Nähe Naherholungsgebiete
