This is a start-up business offering gourmet French sweet and savoury crêpes. The business will be mobile and will predominately start with higher-end markets around Sydney with a view developing the business further. It's owner/operator is a trendy Frenchman who is passionate about what he does and loves people and social interaction. He will be bringing a lot more than quality crêpes to the people he will also ensure that they will leave Crêpe Revolution with a smile and come back for more. It's products (the menu) are predominately targeted at all 'good food' lovers who enjoy a healthy but tasty alternative or dare to treat themselves to something sweet. Kids will also find this new food offering really 'sweet'. It is a quality business and all references to Crêpe Revolution must scream class and good old French tradition... with a funky, contemporary twist.
