"an búistéir" is Gaelic or Irish for the butcher. This Logo is for a Irish bar and "Gaelic Steakhouse". Our Target Audience is for Established Businessman and Young Professionals. We intend to serve High Quality Simple Food & Drink. We are Also going to operate as a high volume bar at night. but Food will be simple Hearty portions of Beef, Pork, and Chicken Simple Cuisine.

I want a nice simple Logo however it would be nice to have like a butcher character that could in someway be incorporated onto T-Shirts and Advertisements to attract the bar crowd. I see the name however written in Gold Cursive with a black background but I want you to be creative. Im a trained graphic artist and I could do simple myself but Id like to see someone from outside explore my brand. I also would like to see the outline of say a pig or cow or chicken or something incorporated in. Well Good Luck
