About us
CrossFit ist ein Zirkeltraining bei dem Kraft, Ausdauer, Beweglichkeit, Agilität, Schnelligkeit und Koordination gefördert und gefordert wird. CrossFit verbindet Elemente aus dem Ausdauerbereich, dem Kraftsport, dem Gewichtheben und dem Bodyweight Training. Es ist ein abwechslungsreicher Sport für jedes Alter. Gruppendynamik und Teamgefühl gehört zum CrossFit dazu. Es werden für die WODs ( Workouts) Hanteln, Turnringe, Klimmzugstangen, Racks, Kettelbells und Übungen mit dem eigenen Körpergewicht ausgeführt. Burpees, Boxjumps, Klimmzüge und Liegestützen sind einige von vielen Bodyweight Übungen. CrossFit ist mehr als nur ein Gym! Es ist eine Box voller Freunde und Freude!
