Ich bin ganzheitliche Ayurveda Ernährungs- und Gesundeitsberaterin. Zudem vermittle ich Ayurveda Kuren nach Indien und Sri Lanka. Meine Zielgruppe sind Berufstätige die Interesse haben ihre Ernährung umzustellen auf gesund und die Kräuterkunde in ihren Alltag mit einfliesen lassen möchten. Aber auch firmen die ihre Mitarbeiter schulen möchten in einer besseren Ernährung. Darüber hinaus gebe ich Vorträge in Firmen über die ayurvedische Ernährung und gebe auch Kochkurse.
