Die Fa. Raumrendite bietet Anteile an Immobilien an, sogenanntes "Crowdinvesting" für Wohnungen, Häuser und dergleichen. Zielgruppe sind Kleinst- und Kleininvestoren ab 250,-- bis ca. 10.000,-- Investitionsbetrag. Der "Investor" kauft einen (aliquoten) Anteil an einem Projekt (=Immobilie) mit seinem Investment und profitiert von der jährlichen Rendite durch z.B. Mieteinnahmen und durch die Wertsteigerung bei einem Wiederverkauf nach der im Projekt vordefinierten Projektdauer (z.B. 10 Jahre)

Der Name "raumrendite" muss nicht im Logo enthalten sein. Der Anteil an einer Immobilie sollte erkennbar sein. Ich hab mal einen kleinen Entwurf auf www.raumrendite.de eingebaut. Ist aber nur eine Idee! Ich bin für alle Schandtaten offen!
