Wir realisieren "smarte" Gebäude, vorwiegend im gehobenen Wohnbau wie auch im Zweckbau. Alle Gebäudefunktionen wie Licht, Raumtemperatur, Klima, Lüftung, Beschattung, Tür- und Torsteuerungen, Multimedia, Pooltechnik etc. werden intelligent vernetzt und soweit möglich automatisiert. Eine Visualisierung auf Handy und Tablets ermöglicht eine komfortable Bedienung und Darstellung aller Gebäudezustände. Unsere Zielgruppe sind technikaffine Bauherren, welche Wert auf Komfort und Energieoptimierung legen.
