Konzept für Restaurant Nomad Locker bleiben... Casual Dining bringt Zwanglosigkeit an den Esstisch, Lockerheit in die Abendmode und Anspruch in die Gastronomie. Casual Dining ist für alle, die gute Küche in entspannter Atmosphäre genießen wollen. Zur Auswahl stehen beliebte Klassiker und gut gemachte Spezialitäten aus den Küchen anderer Länder. Locker sein ist eines, Nachhaltigkeit etwas ganz anderes. Wir nehmen beides wirklich ernst. Für unsere Gerichte verwenden wir hauptsächlich Produkte aus nachhaltiger Landwirtschaft und wo immer möglich direkt vom Bauern oder Produzenten unseres Vertrauens.

Das Restaurant befindet sich im Hotel Seehof in Arosa, in den Schweizer Alpen. Arosa ist ein Kurort und lebt zu 100% vom Tourismus. Das Restaurant Nomad spricht den urbanen Besucher an aber die Gäste aus dem Dorf fühlen sich in dem Lokal gleichfalls zu Hause.
