About us
In het hart van Frankrijk in het departement Allier (Auvergne) vindt u de chambre d'hôtes Le Matou Roux (ofwel Bed & Breakfast de Rode kater) Het huis is een oude verbouwde boerderij gelegen aan de rand van het grootste eikenbos van Europa. Deze plek biedt u alle rust en ruimte om volledig te kunnen onthaasten. Het gebied kenmerkt zich door een bescheiden eco-toerisme, gericht op natuur, wandelen, fietsen en zwemmen. De naam van onze chambre d'hôtes komt van onze rode kater Max vandaan. Hij is met ons meegekomen vanuit Nederland en heeft zich na veel omzwervingen hier met ons gesetteld.
