E.g. if their bike gets stolen or there is a water damage in the house, the customer only has to fill in some data in our app and we handle everything. This service targets especially younger people, used to apps and digitalization. "Ohalätz" is a local term which means "ouch" or "oops", used in situations where something stupid happened.
