english below: Das bisherige Logo Was uns gefällt: Es verzichtet auf jegliche Immobilien-bezogenen Klischees, wie Häuser, Ziegelsteine, Stahlträger oder ähnliches, sondern symbolisiert ein simples, harmonisches Landschaftsbild und gibt dem ganzen gleichzeitigen einen grünen, nachhaltigen Anstrich. Der große und der kleine Baum sind zudem die perfekte Darstellung der Gründer: Einem großen und einem kleinen Bruder. Was uns nicht gefällt: Das Logo stammt von einem kostenlosen Logo-Creator und wird auch von zahlreichen anderen Firmen verwendet. Unsere Wünsche: Ein einzigartiges Logo, das dennoch den Stil und die Symbolik des bisherigen Logos 1:1 aufgreift. Es ist vorstellbar, das bereits eine minimale Änderung den gewünschten Effekt erzielt und uns völlig zufrieden stellt - andererseits wollen wir die Kreativität der Designer auch nicht bremsen und sind auch völligen Neugestaltungen gegenüber offen. Bonus: Wenn es eine Möglichkeit gibt, den Buchstaben ”B” ein- oder gar zweimal stilvoll, dezent und/oder abstrakt in das Logo einzuarbeiten, wäre dies die Kirsche auf der Sahnetorte. Dies ist jedoch ausdrücklich kein Muss; wir verzichten lieber darauf, anstatt das Logo zu überladen, die Message zu verwässern oder ins Erzwungene abzudriften. Die Schriftart “Fira Sans” komplett in Großbuchstaben bitte unbedingt beibehalten. Am Ende bitte aber auch Versionen ganz ohne Firmen-Namen bereit stellen; so wie in den zur Verfügung gestellten Dateien. ---- The previous logo What we like: It dispenses with any real estate-related clichés, such as houses, bricks, steel beams or similar, but symbolizes a simple, harmonious landscape and at the same time gives the whole thing a green, sustainable touch. Bonus: If there is a way to incorporate the letter "B" once or even twice into the logo in a stylish, subtle and/or abstract way, that would be the icing on the cake. However, this is expressly not a must; we would rather do without it than overload the logo, dilute the message or drift into the forced. Please keep the font "Fira Sans" completely in capital letters. In the End please provide versions with and without company name (such as in the provided files).
