About us
Wir sind ein Bestandshalter in der Immobilienbranche im Bereich Berlin. Wir kaufen Mehrfamilienhäuser um diese im Bestand zu halten und zu entwickeln. Dazu gehören, Dachgeschossausbauten, Modernisierungen und alle alltäglichen Verwaltungstätigkeiten. Vereinzelt werden Objekte wieder verkauft und weitere angekauft.

Die Website soll schlicht und elegant gehalten werden, sodass sie Professionalität und Exklusivität wiederspiegelt. Gleichzeitig sollte sie aber auch die Aufmerksamkeit von möglichen Geschäftspartnern erregen. Die Farben sollten im Bereich Blau / Violett / Grau / Weiß liegen.
