We are an Online MArketing Agency with 40 employees located in Cologne germany working for german and international clients.

We "just" want to have a new creative picture for our stapage. If you visit the website you will see that our corporate colour is in dark red. The pictures on each website are different but allways try to have a color that is different like the blue in the current pic. Even we like the current pic very much, but the lighthouse which you see there makes people believe we are in a nordic region, but we are in cologne. Its not nessary that the new pic has motives from cologne but is has to be more neutral. lso it should reflect our business with is performance marketing and the size of our company which is 40 employees. We which something with show success, openess , fressnes and most important emotion! We would love to have suggestions for it...

The size should be 632 x 295 px Please inklude the new pic in a screenshot of the website so everyone can see how it fits.... I know its a hard task but I hope there are some cool people out there...
