Baugutachter für die Bewertung von Immobilien und Schäden an Gebäuden bieten wir ein vielseitiges Leistungsspektrum zu dieser Thematik. Zum Tätigkeitsfeld gehört sowohl die Erstellung von Privat-, Gerichts- und Versicherungsgutachten bei Schäden nebst Verkehrswertermittlung von Gebäuden, als auch eine umfassende Beratung und die zuverlässige Begleitung für private Bauherren, Behörden, Grundstücksverwaltungen sowie für Bau- und Handwerksfirmen. Wir beraten Sie beim Hauskauf und Hausverkauf. Zudem sind wir für Sie als Gutachter für die Wertermittlung von bebauten und unbebauten Grundstücken tätig, bewerte Bauschäden und -mängel oder vertreten Sie als Immobilienberater und Bausachverständiger. Unsere Zielgruppe sind Menschen zwischen 35 bis 60 Jahre alt, männlich und weiblich.
