Es handelt sich um ein modernes Apartmenthaus. Es soll ein Loge erstellt werden HS15 (steht für die Adresse Helsingforser Straße 15). Am optimalsten soll das Logo und der Slogan ineinander über gehen. Zielgruppe sind internationale Menschen die eine Wohnung suchen weil sie sich zunächst in Berlin orientieren wollen. modern und unkompliziert. Das Logo soll sich der moderne Fasadengestaltung anpassen.
