Wir sind ein inhabergeführtes Immobilienunternehmen in dritter Generation mit Sitz in Bad Homburg. Unser Schwerpunkt liegt auf dem Verkauf von Wohnimmobilien – insbesondere Eigentumswohnungen, Einfamilienhäusern und Mehrfamilienhäusern – im Großraum Frankfurt. Unsere Zielgruppe sind private Eigentümer, Käufer und Investoren, die auf der Suche nach einem professionellen, transparenten und gleichzeitig persönlichen Maklerservice sind. Unsere Kundschaft schätzt Bodenständigkeit, Vertrauen und Fachkompetenz.

Es ist wichtig, dass der Designer versteht, dass SEO und ein gutes Google-Ranking im Vordergrund stehen. Die bereits vorhandenen Texte sollen eingebunden werden, und es soll eine harmonische Zusammenarbeit zwischen Design und Suchmaschinenoptimierung entstehen. Zudem wünschen wir uns eine moderne, dynamische Website mit animierten oder interaktiven Elementen – keine rein statische Seite, wie wir sie aktuell haben. Ziel ist es, durch Bewegung und visuelle Dynamik mehr Nutzerinteraktion und Aufmerksamkeit zu erzeugen.
