The book is about the Whole Food Plant Based (WFPB) lifestyle to restore your health. The main pillar is the diet/nutrition. The lifestyle also has 4 other components: fitness, stress management, breathwork, and love & belonging. Other images I've had produced related to this lifestyle have had the diet (fruits, vegetables, legumes) as the main focus and the other 4 components in the background. Although I understand that it may be too busy to represent all 5 components on the cover and it's difficult to represent stress management and love & belonging graphically. I will trust your judgment and expertise
