"Wir sind mit dem Design zufrieden. Das Ergebnis gefällt. Allerdings haben wir auch auf Nachfrage nicht die gewünschten Slices erhalten. Stattdessen wollte der Designer dafür $200 extra von uns haben. Finger weg - keine Folgeaufträge von uns."

"We have provided all the required files to the client already including the PSD and a PNG of the design. Slicing the photoshop and providing all the layers separately is not a part of the initial contract and neither has the client mentioned it in his initial briefing.
We are professionals and this is not the first time we are working on a design project. "
