In the brief among the reference ideas, there was the possibility of creating a cactus in the position of \"hugging someone\" and completely made up of kid-like objects.
I started by drawing objects separately. I have a 3 year old daughter and I thought of her when I started \"my list of items\". I thought of buttered toast, her telling stories to the pots of plants in front of the window, her beloved Teddy, \"Mum what's a star?\" (there is a telescope hidden somewhere), to \"Today I draw!\", to the passion for photos from when she was little, her innate ability for puzzles, to the \"Daddy run away I'm a pirate\" and her passion for the eggs ,. There is a lot of her in this drawing.
Once I drew what I needed I just remodeled the cactus by putting them all together.")
